Details: On the above date and time, the Parkside Police were patrolling on Edgmont Ave, at which time Ptlm. Marchesi received a LoJack stolen vehicle signal on his LoJack Tracking Computers Heads Up Display Unit in the patrol vehicle. The signal indicated that the stolen vehicle, a 2006 Toyota RAV4 was south of his location. The vehicle was reported stolen from the City of Chester earlier that morning, and was entered in to NCIC and the LoJack signal activated at 0420 hrs on this date.

Ptlm. Marchesi, along with police units from Upland and Brookhaven Police departments equipped with LoJack Tracking Computers Heads Up Display Units were able to narrow down the location to one city block between East 22nd and East 23rd St's.  At 0520 hrs Ptlm. Rustark of the Upland Borough Police Dept. located the unoccupied vehicle in a rear alley behind 1XX E. 22nd Street.  Chester City Police were notified and took over the recovery investigation.
