Oakley, W/M, 25, of the 4000 block of Springhouse Ln, Aston, PA Charge: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance Location: 3100 block of Edgmont Ave Officer: Marchesi Date / Time: 12-13-07 @ 0600 hrs Location: BP Gas Station, 3100 Edgmont Ave Details: On the above date and time, Police were dispatched to the BP Gas Station for the report of a Strong Arm (no weapon) Robbery that just occurred. It is reported that a dark skin B/M, in his mid 30's, 5'09" tall, 190lbs, wearing a black coat with hood, and a dark colored ski cap; entered the BP and demanded cash. He then fled on foot toward W.
