All Suspect are presumed innocent until proven guilty March 2008 Date / Time: 3-7-08 @ 2220 hrs (LoJack Vehicle Recovery) Location: 1411 Kerlin St, Chester, PA Details: An Officer from the Chester Township Police Department notified Delaware County Police Radio that the LoJack Tracking Computer in the patrol vehicle had activated, indicating that a LoJack equipped stolen vehicle was within range of the patrol vehicle. The Officer called the LoJack code into police radio and was soon informed that the code was assigned to the stolen Dodge. Parkside Police Officer McNeill assigned to a Parkside Police vehicle equipped with a LoJack Tracking Computer proceeded to the area and also intercepted the LoJack signal. Taking directions from the on board LoJack Tracking Computers Heads Up Display Unit in the patrol vehicle, Officer McNeill tracked the signal to a garage located at Officer (s): FTO McNeill / Ptlm. Barbone and Officers from Chester Twp, Chester City and Neither Providence PD's.
